How do I reserve spectacles online?
It couldn’t easier. Simply browse our product categories listed on the left, then click on the ones you’d like to try at our store in Brussels. Then, click on the “Add to cart” button – and that’s it! You can even choose several items and add them all to your cart.
Selection made? Then you’re ready to go! Your cart and the items you’ve added to it will be displayed on the left. Click on “View cart” to view your items again or, if you’re happy with your selection, simply click on “Reserve for free”. Next, you’ll need to enter your name and e-mail address. There is no charge for reserving items and no obligation to purchase.All that’s left is for you to pop into our store in Brussels to try out your reserved products; they’ll be kept for you for 14 days, after which time your reservation will be cancelled.
So there’s nothing to pay when I reserve online?
That’s right. Simply stop by our store in Brussels to try out your reserved products. If you find one you like, you can purchase it directly at the store. And if nothing takes your fancy, that’s no problem either – there’s no obligation to purchase anything. Guaranteed!
Do I need an online customer account to reserve products?
No. Reserving products is simple and straightforward and you don’t need to provide your personal details. Simply enter your name and e-mail address so that we can contact you if we have any questions about the products you’ve reserved. Your e-mail address will never be used for any other purpose, misused or sold on to anyone outside André Fisch Opticians.
